WI A Minority Government in 1959 or 1964

I don't think i've seen anything attempting this in these UK elections.
The likely party to be in a position to get out on top would be the conservatives surely.
What would the Liberals be demanding?

Well, a Con-Lib coalition was out of the question in both years and I cannot see that the party would benefit from joining Labour's government either - Grimond railed against both and the manifesto makes quite clear the "reactionary" nature of the two main parties (to Liberal eyes, at least).

Confidence and supply will be the name of the game, thus allowing the Liberals to back the government in question on crucial votes whilst not giving their full consent by joining their government.

Still, they may well make informal demands to see legislation on these issues -

"Fairer voting"
Abolition of stamp duty
Abolition of Schedule A income tax (on income earned from land)
Lower tariffs
Parliaments for Scotland and Wales
Transferable private pension schemes
