When Genghis Khan dies in 1227 the Mongol empire split into four nations
Jochi takes everything east of the Irtysh river and south of Kwarezm
Chagatai would receive the area that his desendents recieved in OTL
Tolui would receive the Mongolian heartland
Ogedai would recieve the Ob estuary

OP seemingly means immediately after death of Genghis khan so happening already in 1220's.

Not sure if Jochi would be going to get anything. There was really big question whether Genghis Khan was indeed his father or not since his mother was captivity of Genghis enemies about one year and Jochi was born soon after liberating of her. So Jochi should really fight over his part of the empire.
