Dirk Kempthorne, 45th President of the United States after his defection to the CRD from the Cheney administration. Kempthorne was the President as per the line-of-succession since he was the highest surviving cabinet member. His first act in office were to end the Second American Civil War and focused on the Crossed invasion coming from Canada, which at this time had fallen to the Red Death from surviving Crossed that escaped Operation Falling Skies. The campaign would succeed and General George Washington, the self-proclaimed leader of the Crossed, would be killed in a hail of gunfire. As he was preparing to repair the nation from the damage of the Crossed outbreak, a pair of Islamic terrorists conducted a terrorist attack on Washington, D.C. using toy water guns contaminated with the blood of a Crossed individual. The U.S. Capitol and the White House would be stormed by the Crossed. President Kempthorne was successfully evacuated to the PEOC but unfortunately, his Secret Service detail would become Crossed themselves and gain access to the bunker. The head of the Secret Service would then rape the President on live TV in front of group of terrified reporters in the James R. Brady Press Briefing Room. Kempthorne's last order was for the USAF to bomb the White House just before he became a Crossed himself.
Gordon R. England, 46th President of the United States and former Deputy Secretary of Defense before assuming the cabinet position after the arrest of SecDef Robert Gates for siding with the Cheney administration. England became the President immediately after President Dirk Kempthorne was sexually assaulted by the Crossed in the White House on live TV. He was in the Pentagon when D.C. fell to the Crossed terrorist attack and was quickly whisked away to Mount Weather. As the new commander-in-chief, he would order the salting of Washington, D.C. to rid it of the Crossed. Several conventional bombs and chemical weapons were used. A wall was erected around the nation's capital to prevent surviving Crossed from spreading out of the Beltway. After the fall of D.C., President England would then have to deal with the problems of a resurgent China that was getting ideas of using the virus to attack Taiwan and Japan. (To be continued).
The fall of Washington, D.C. seen from a helicopter belonging to the USAF's 1st Helicopter Squadron. Several buildings were set ablaze. To the lower right, traffic jams formed as a result of the panic to rush out of the city as the number of Crossed individuals increased.

The British Civil War raged throughout the years of the Norsefire Regime, making the Northern Ireland Troubles of the last century look like a cakewalk by comparison. Insurgency also took off in Wales and the north of England although on a more limited scale, whilst there was a full blown return to internal conflict in Northern Ireland.

I assume that Lincoln probably died not too long after the interview, given that he'd be 93 by then. He'd probably be dead before the start of the Great War in 1914.
Abraham Lincoln would be 93 on that time. I bit doubt that he would had lived that old under any condition with 19th century medicine.
I recently discovered that The Trial of The Incredible Hulk would have succeeded in making a Daredevil TV series for NBC however CBS had given the green light for The Flash and bought out the Daredevil contract because they didn't want the competition.

To be fair he (the witness) was only 5 when it happened as opposed to Lincoln being in his mid 50s.
