You mean German East Africa gaining independence immediately after WW1? Sorry but it seems ASB. Europeans are not going to accept that. Even if Paul von Lettow-Vorpeck decides declare East Africa as independent German Empire-in-Exile and calls Kaiser to the colony that is not recognised and Brits will crush that quickly.
