What's with the shape of Lithuania?
The same shape as the admintrative unit of Lithuania in the Russian Empire

Were they? I thought they were mostly content with making buffer- and puppet-states in the East, hence the Regency of Poland and etc. IOTL.Weren't they planning on doing that anyway?
I really don't think that they intended to annex or colonize the region- the German Empire just wanted economic dominance in central Europe, and a "place in the sun".

But they did plan it, they even annex it after the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk, while they did not annex anything else from Russia.
