The main source was Wiktionary since for Latin it has decently sourced etymologies for descendent Romance languages (including Sardinian) and rather poor sources for Punic. But Punic has predictable sound changes and there's a few dictionaries available out there for it and Berber

Predictable sound changes ?
Can you tell me more about this?(I am planning to make a concurrent Punic based conlang too for this particular timeline)
Which dictionaries did you use ?

I'm away from my computer and it was so long ago I can't remember where I found the Punic dictionaries/wordlists (one was Phoenician so a bit different).

Berber languages have old public domain French dictionaries out there
