My own is always research, you will always find some little detail could help a lot your TL or might make you take the focus different, the rail have the natural nemesis that unlike europe...outside the Atlantic Seaboard, Rails is not that necessary when Plane(that i love) is king. Other would be how a weakness become a strenght(a more populated Eastern Seaborn and Midwest or something keep massive economic activity)
